If you're in the area, you NEED TO STOP IN!!! Had the crab cakes for appetizer, sorry no puc BUT best we've had.Fish and shrimp platter enough for 2 to split. Large portions.

Ashley has a great personality! She was helpful and definitely does not follow the standard customer service (or lack there of) I am used to getting when I am here for business. (*see “Shreved” in the Urban dictionary. ) The food smells amazing, and tastes amazing! I will definitely be back!

It took us a minute to find the restaurant but the staff member that helped us was nice and validated my choice of food. We came up to visit for the day and I wanted some good gumbo. It did not disappoint. The toast that came with it was a great addition. Only problem was it was so good we all wished we got 4 instead of 2. One member of our group got the catfish and said it was also cooked perfectly. Thanks for a great experience.

We wanted some seafood in the Schreveport, LA area. So, I turned to Google to see what others were talking about. The Port has glowing recommendations 4.9 out of 5. We decided to see for ourselves.The Port is located in the food court of the Horseshoe Casino. ( The casino has a car parking garage attached to the building and a semi parking near the helicopter pad a little down the road)Okay, so now the food .I LOVED the shrimp Étouffée. It was very flavorful. They had run out of Dungeness crab over the weekend, so I treated myself to King Crab and I was not disappointed .My dinner partner indulged themselves with the shrimp and catfish platter, Seafood gumbo, and we shared the calamari, which were cooked perfectly, not rubbery, and again, the flavor was great.In conclusion, I agree with the ratings and will definitely put them on the list of returns.

Everything was delicious and the customer service was superb. Kudos to Courtney, she was awesome and the chef did an amazing job (didn't get his name). We will be back soon.

First time eating here as we are fairly new to the area. We had great service from Kimberly today. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and answered several questions for us. She has a great personality and I noticed she was very attentive to all her customers.We had the fried oysters, catfish, shrimp and etouffee and it was all delicious. 10/10 all around. I will definitely recommend.

The standout dishes during my visit were the shrimp and snow crab.The shrimp was particularly impressive - fresh, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. It's clear they know how to prepare this seafood staple to perfection.The snow crab was another highlight of the meal. Succulent and sweet, it was a treat for any crab lover. The meat was easy to extract and paired well with the provided butter.It's worth noting that this is a seat-yourself establishment, which adds to its casual, relaxed vibe. While I didn't try everything, all the food I saw coming out of the kitchen looked solid, suggesting consistency across their menu.The Port delivers on its promise of quality seafood in a pleasant, laid-back dining atmosphere. A great spot for seafood lovers looking for a no-fuss, delicious meal.
